You can register for the meeting here:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/us06web.zoom.us\/meeting\/register\/Mehf4QoYQFeqyEjYJvHUVw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/us06web.zoom.us\/meeting\/register\/Mehf4QoYQFeqyEjYJvHUVw<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All are welcome to attend, although only 2026 members in good standing will be able to vote on resolutions. This proposal restructures the Regional Directorships and Director at Large roles as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Communications &amp; Marketing Director<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conservation &amp; Rare Plants Director<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Education &amp; Outreach Director<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fundraising &amp; Grants Director<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Membership &amp; Volunteer Director<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reclamation &amp; Horticulture Director<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Research &amp; Monitoring Director&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Note that Officer roles (President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary) will remain the same. A Director may assume more than one role and also may Chair an associated committee. <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1KDNX1tvl5Mi5jja3mazLDdWifNLBS1WP\/view?usp=sharing\">Further details about alignment between these Directorships and Committees, as well as role descriptions, are provided here<\/a>.&nbsp;<strong>Each of these Directorships is up for nomination at the AGM, as well as our President, Secretary and Treasurer positions &#8211; please inquire for further details if you are interested in assuming a Directorship.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This proposed restructuring will be presented for discussion and member approval at the AGM.
