The development of a set of keys for the 2000+ vascular plants in Alberta was a complex undertaking, and as the keys are used and as new information becomes available, the Authors decided to keep them as correct and as up-to-date as possible by collecting changes and producing up-dated versions (printings) when it seemed warranted.
Since its 1st Printing in June 2020, the book has undergone several revisions/printings (see the table below). To keep those who have purchased the guide apprised of these changes, ANPC has agreed to host these changes on this website. Lists of Errata and Enhancements for each printing are available, so that no matter which printing you have, it is possible to keep up-to-date by incorporating information from the links in the following table.

Please note: The series of draft keys previously posted on the ANPC website have now been removed. Since they were posted, all of the keys have been incorporated into the book “Vascular Flora of Alberta: An Illustrated Guide”. We have made 1000s of changes to the draft keys, to enhance them and to address problems. .
